Church-sponsored clubs are reaching many kids whose parents don't attend any church or who belong to non-Christian religions, as well as kids from Christian homes. Whole families are being reached in the community and becoming part of local fellowships. Thousands of boys and girls are coming to know Christ as their Savior and learning to live for Him each day at home and in the public school environment. But most schools still don't have a club. Good News Clubs are a ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF), founded in 1937 and now serving in 158 countries -- the world's largest ministry to children. There are thousands of Good News Clubs across the country, and more all the time.Teaching God's Word
Good News Clubs meet once a week right after school. Announcements are sent home through the school, and parents sign a permission form. The clubs are are free of charge and open to all. Teams of ordinary Christians with a heart for kids volunteer to conduct the clubs, and CEF provides free training. Each Bible lesson includes the Gospel message along with solid growth teaching for believers. The children also sing lively songs, learn a memory verse, and play fun games.Learn more:
