We'll be starting out with our first series of six lessons on
Moses, helping kids to understand that just as God delivered His
people from slavery in Egypt long ago, He can deliver us from
slavery to sin today!

PRAISE
REPORTS
PRAISE the Lord for an article in the American Family
Association Journal about the work of CEF around the world, with
a focus on Good News Clubs in the public schools. Read it here,

PRAISE the Lord for another response to our informational
emails sent out to churches! This week Harvest Orthodox
Presbyterian Church in San Marcos contacted us to say they are
looking into getting a team together to reach a nearby school,
such as Knob Hill Elementary (above) or San Marcos
Elementary. Please pray as they inform the congregation of
the opportunity and seek the Lord's guidance in taking the next
step.
PRAISE God for GNC teams that have contacted us lately to
say they are on board for the new season, including Laurel
(Oceanside), Los Pen (Poway district), Solana Highlands
(Solana Beach district), Felicita and Juniper
(Escondido). Please pray for these and for all our clubs from
last season, that the Lord will meet the needs of each one so
they can continue bringing the light of God's truth to the
children of North County (see map and click on names of districts

PRAYER
NEEDS
PRAY as Karisa May, leader of children's ministry at Las
Flores Church in Carlsbad, continues to work on getting a GNC
team together to reach a local school. She has contacted another
church that meets near Aviara Oaks Elementary to see if
they might want to partner in reaching that school. Please keep
Karisa in prayer and ask for the Lord's direction.
PRAY for additional helpers needed for the Casita
Center School GNC in the Vista district. The Lord has
answered prayer in providing a better room for the club -- please
ask Him to bring the volunteers!
PRAY for our GNC at LR Green School GNC in
Escondido as leader Teri Chalfant will not be able to continue
this season. Pray for the Lord's continued blessing on her life
and service for Him, and that He will help the club to reorganize
and keep on going!
